I don't know, the regime can organise that type of incidents to justify an intervention and arrests justified by the so called "racism" in the island. They have already done it several times in the passed, so they get a kind of "noble cause" for their dirty job of stealing Corsican's wealth. It's one of the reason they created some kind of colonies of foreign descent to justify then policies...an old trick of theirs....! You add to local poverty some extra poverty knowing there is already a very high level of unemployment of locals, then you get of course social troubles, here you go, you can justify intervention, they do that in Corsica, they did the same on Basque territory, previously done for Breizh, it's really old tactics......
